Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 May 2026
TinyDot ("we", "us") makes puzzle games. This policy explains what data our games and this website collect, and how we use it. Keep it short, keep it honest.
1. What we collect in our games
Our games may collect the following information, depending on what features you use:
- Device & app info: device model, OS version, app version, language. Used for crash diagnostics and to fit the UI to your device.
- Gameplay analytics: levels played, time spent, in-game purchases, ad interactions. Used to improve game balance.
- Advertising identifiers (AAID / IDFA): if you have not opted out at the device level. Used by ad networks to show relevant ads.
- Crash reports: stack traces and device state when a crash occurs. Used to fix bugs.
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or location unless you explicitly send them to us (e.g. by emailing support).
2. Third-party services
Our games use these third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase — analytics and crash reporting.
- Google AdMob — advertising.
- Unity LevelPlay / Unity Ads — ad mediation.
- Google Play Billing — in-app purchases.
3. Ads and your choices
We show ads to support free play. In the EU/EEA/UK, we ask for your consent on first launch. You can withdraw consent at any time from Settings → Privacy inside the game. In California (and similar US jurisdictions), you can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information from the same screen.
Children under 13 (or applicable age in your region): our games are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Our ads are configured as non-child-directed in line with COPPA.
4. Data retention
Analytics events are retained for up to 14 months by Firebase, then automatically deleted. Crash reports are retained for up to 90 days. Game save data (levels, gems) is stored on your device and synced via Google Play Games Services if you sign in.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (EEA, UK, California, Brazil, and others), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the data we hold. To exercise them, email tinydotgame@gmail.com from the device's account and we will respond within 30 days.
6. This website
This page (tinydot-studio.github.io) is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not run analytics or tracking on it. GitHub may log standard request metadata as described in their privacy statement.
7. Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where required, notify you inside the game.
